BREAKUP TIPS!
Hey ladies! 😄
So I recently went through a breakup, and while I know 100% I do not want him back, I am still angry at him for what he did 😡 (lied about loving me, used me because he was lonely and I was emotionally available to him, didn't put any effort into the relationship or into making me happy, didn't genuinely care about me, my life, struggles etc).
He never formally apologized and reflected on what he did wrong (he just said he was sorry once), and didn't try to fix things so we could remain friends. I officially ended the friendship because he is a toxic person in my life, but I still hold a lot of anger towards him, even though I'm so over it and happy with being single. How do I get rid of this anger ??? Thanks!! 😘
