Older men, yay or nay?

What is an ok age gap, vs too large of age gap?

I know the ages factor in (ie, a 10 year diff between a 30 and 40 yr old isn't the same as a 20 and 30 yr old). I've always been attracted to older guys, I just find them very handsome. I'm divorced, and there's a guy I like...he's alot older than me. He seems interested but also cautious (which I appreciate).

My question I guess is, what do ppl think when they see couples like that , where the man is alot older than the woman?

Either way, it's my life and I'm going to be me regardless but...just thought I'd throw it out there, see what feedback I get!

To me, as long as the ages are appropriate and legal, I feel that it's entirely up to you and the other involved individual and what you are comfortable with.

However, I know I've heard my friends and family mention things like women being "gold diggers" for being with older men. I've heard the older men being called perverts. I know that to some, it's viewed as gross or inappropriate. Those are things to consider as well, because in certain relationships, not everyone is open and accepting and you will have to face comments that can be rude and hurtful unfortunately.

I've had feelings for a man who is 15 years older than I am, in the past. There is an appeal in terms of maturity, how responsible they are, overall attraction etc. However, while he had the attraction towards me as well, we decided against a relationship. I'm now married to a wonderful man who is 2 months younger than I am. My point is, you can't help who you fall for and as long as the situation is legal and feels right to both parties, I say go for it.

I don't care as long as both are legal, consenting adults. Some age differences can get a little weird to me personally, like 25+, but it's not my relationship so ultimately it's not up to me.

It's weird to me and I can't see why anyone would want a huge gap. <10 years is fine to me but anymore would kinda be weird. My partners parents are 20 years apart and I couldn't believe it when he told me. She's only 40 and he's 60. They love each other of course, but now that he's so old and she's still young, there's a lot of differences. They are in 2 different stages of life right now

If it's like a 20 yr old with an 85 yr old husband I think it's kind of weird. I also have this split second vision of them trying to have sex 🙈
But if its like 20 yrs I don't think much of it.

I always imagined my limit would be mine years. Both my parents and my grandparents were nine years apart.  However,  I am currently happily married and expecting our first child with my husband, who is nearly 13 years older than I am.

There will always be people who will say snide comments and judge you so I say go with what feels right for you! My husband and I are a 9 year age difference and a close friend of mine and her boyfriend have a 12 year age difference and no one seems to care.

My hubby is starting to get the gray hair early. Everyone usually pin points his age pretty good though. But I went to the high school to pick up my nephew the other day and while in the hallway I was told by a random teacher to get back to class so I guess I can pass for a pregnant high schooler while my hubby is going gray.... We are only 5 years apart though.

I'm 15(turning 16) and my boyfriend is 19. It's not weird at all and I find him more mature than all boys my age. The only hard part is he has finished school but I have 3 years left.
