First scan

My first scan was a sham! The Ultrasound tech ruined it! He was so rude when I asked question or if I spoke. I was in the room for 5 minutes didn't actually get chance to hear the heart beat because he played it for 5 seconds to make sure their is one and then sent me for my bloods. When pregnant with my first they let me see if for much longer and showed me the head and legs. Do you think I should report him for his rudeness or am I being dramatic. It was supposed to be a lovely experiences seeing my baby for the first time and I just got my head bit off!
