Over joyed and irritated at the same time

So today we found out wonderful news we are expecting a beautiful healthy baby boy. After all the initial excitement subsided my husband tell me to make sure we discuss the circumcision at the next prenatal. That was never in my plan. I don't think it's necessary, my family never did it for the boys in our family none of the regret not having it done. It really isn't healthier and if you don't live in America and aren't Jewish or Muslim it's extremely rare to have done. We had a big argument and now he stormed out saying it's his son his choice and is sitting in the other room. I don't think I'll convince him otherwise and I just don't think i could sign consent for this procedure.
