Braxton hicks contractions?! 😰

Hello mommas! Ftm here, 33.1 weeks, since yesterday I've been experiencing some "cramps" in my pelvic area, they're a 4-5 in a scale of 1-10 (sometimes they're stronger than the others but not more than a 6), and they last about 2mins more or less, my back does not hurt and yesterday I had them once (when I laid down) and today 3 times... Are they braxton hicks? Should I be scared?
