Baby dust please TTC

Sooooooo my last period ended May 22 2016 . I took an. ovulation test on June 6 and I got a [ | | ] which ment I was ovulating. My boyfriend and I had sex before, on and after that date .  I took a pregnant test because I felt sick , and my Nipples hurt and I have been wanting strawberry milk . And I don't ever drink strawberry milk . Any way with my first pregnancy I had sore nipples (unfortunately it ended in a  misscarrige on 2/14/2016  ) how long should I wait to test ?
