It's not unsafe. My dentist literally prescribed me a mouthwash for my gingivitis knowing full well I was pregnant.

I was told especially if you are vomiting to use mouthwash after instead of brushing. And then once your gag reflex has calmed down you can brush.

The mouthwashes that contain straight alcohol are actually considered 'unsafe'..You shouldn't even really use it while you're on an antibiotic because it can upset you're stomach if swallowed a little bit. Go with your best judgment..I'm sure you've been okay using it and baby's fine..Just to be safe, I'd switch to Crest Pro Health or something with no alcohol! You still swallow a tiny amount of mouthwash when you're done..Alcohols alcohol.
