So yes it has a snapchat filter but on the second pic i posted witch filter it should only change the color of the pic not any feature to your face or body can u see the face image on my chest any ideas ? Wat it could be or why it popped up? Seriously no a joke .

That filter messes up if your entire face isn't front and center. It makes your face look slimmer and you nose look smaller and your eyes bigger. So that little face on your chest is just the filter messing up and thinking your collar bone is a face.
