Mood/pain after ectopic pregnancy?

I just found out 2 days ago I had a surprise ectopic pregnancy (wasn't ttc, very recently off oral bc). Since these are 100% non-viable pregnancies, I opted for chemical removal using Methotrexate and got the shot Tuesday (6/14) at 1am. I'm supposed to fly to Japan for a conference Monday (6/20), so I'm wondering: how was the recovery for anyone else who's had an ectopic that was chemically removed? Any bad pain, nausea, mood swings? Would you have been able to travel within one week of the first dose? Just looking for opinions from women who have gone through this exactly.
