Confused with Ovulation

I'm so confused with this. I'm still having wet feeling down there. I've yet to get egg white mucus, but I also read some women don't get it every cycle still doesn't mean they haven't ovulated. Do yall think I missed it or not yet. The last test has a light blue line it's kinda hard to tell. Everything I'm using is predicting my ovulation day to be the 19th but it seems like the test line is getting lighter instead of darker
