Pre Seed ... Does it really work?

I've been trying for 18 months now, with an unsuccessful IUI last month ☹️ Has anyone had any luck with Pre Seed? Does it help?

It worked for me the first cycle I used it. I used the applicator. I really recommend it.

First time we used it I got my BFP! Even if it didn't happen so soon I still really like it even just as a lube.
