Okay so for the last week I have like a mild cramping but not period like cramping. Well this week my nipples got super sensitive out of the blue. Like the water from the shower almost made me jump threw the ceiling. Plus shortness of breath and increases cm. I have been having headaches more lately too. I haven't changed anything I do so I don't know why the sudden changes. However I am one day well late as I was supposed to have started on the 15th. I tested but got a bfn. Am I just reading to deep into the signs?
