Could I be pregnant or is it too early to tell??

So for the past few days I've been experiencing some symptoms and when I googled it (even though it's not the most reliable) all I typed in were my symptoms and it popped up a lot of sites to help with pregnancy. My period isn't due until the end of the month and typically my PMS is nothing like this, I've never experienced this before.
