Is this okay?

I got the Skyla IUD early last month. It was put in during my period. I had 2 days of period after, and then a few clear days. Then a few days of spotting. Which was expected. In fact I expected daily spotting, which I was told it was common for the first 5 months.

But I've had nothing. No bleeding. No spotting and my period is 12 days late. I do know that I have a medical condition that increases the metabolism of some medications. So maybe it's sucking out too much hormone from my IUD?
