I'm 40w and I've been having bad contractions,very bad for over 2 hours straight now. It's 11:54pm and I paged my midwife but I still have yet to get a reply/call back and it's been almost an hour. I can't go to sleep and when I go pee my contraction only gets worse. I walked, sat down, laid down nothing helped.They all have been 4-6 mins apart should I just go to the labor and delivery?
