Contractions. How many?

I've been dealing with braxton hicks since around 16 weeks. I went into L&D once for them being consistent and they were 2-3 minutes apart but ffn came back negative so I was sent home when they went down to 15 minutes apart. The last few days they've become increasingly uncomfortable and more often again but not super consistent they've been between 6 and 20 minutes apart. I feel like I've had so many that my uterus is sore. Is anyone else dealing with the same thing?  I'm 34 weeks now.
