Passed out after cervix check???

I'm 39 weeks today and had my cervix checked for the second time (still not dilated😑) and it was sooo much more painful than last time. Right after he took his hand out I felt like I was getting my period or something. I felt like I was going to stand up and see blood all over the exam chair but there was none. Then when I got to the car (my mom drove luckily) I got super light headed and nauseous and couldn't breathe right. Then my vision started to tunnel and I almost passed out. I got my head as far between my legs as possible with this belly and was able to stay conscious.
