This should help on HOW it works... however...
All theories are BS. They only "work" because they have a 50/50 chance of being right in the first place. 
If genetic testing via blood, done by analyzing the X and Y GENDER CHROMOSOMES, can be wrong sometimes, how can any " theory " be right? 
Might as well flip a coin. Heads = girl, tails= boy. Same exact chance of it being acurate as much as any "theory" out there. For every ONE person that did ANY of the " theories " and it was "right", there are a good 5 persons that did the same "theories " and it was wrong. If u ask me. ...1 out 5 is a pretty innacurate result.
