Upper back pain? 37 weeks

I'm nearly 37 weeks but twice today I have felt a pain/pressure in my upper back between my shoulder blades, the first time it went up my spine and into the back of my head and this time it was from the middle of my shoulder blades and wrapped around my ribs it only lasts about a minute but it painful, what is this?
