I Need Advice

I went off of birth control about 3 months ago to give my body a break and hopes to get pregnant in the near future. I'm 25 years old. Since then, I've gotten moderate acne on the lower part of my chin and neck. Some of which is cystic. I've been reading about it and everything points to a hormonal imbalance and possible PCOS. I've been worrying about it a lot lately. What do you ladies think? Anything would be helpful.
