I went to the hospital yesterday because of sharp pains in my abdomen. The first thing they wanted to do is make sure the baby was ok. I just had my first prenatal appointment and they weren't going to do an ultrasound until 12 weeks but when she found out I was having pain she wanted me to go to the er cuz the ultrasound tech wasn't in. So when I got ready to go back to the ultrasound room they wouldn't let my husband go back with me so he didn't get to see his baby 😭 I cried about him not being able to go back. This is our first pregnancy and he won't be able to see an ultrasound of his baby until 20 weeks now. Idk if its the hormones or what but this seriously breaks my heart. He said he was fine with it as long as our baby was ok. But I am not ok with it. I wanted him to have the same experience I did. 💔😭
