First time pregnancy freaking out

Okay so this baby wasnt planned but we are happy to have little one! I took 6 home test that came out positive and then went to the docs, there urine test came out positive and then the blood test did to! According to the blood i was 5 weeks. Well know im 6 weeks and 4 days , i have this like browin discharge coming out. Is that normal? My mom said dont tell anyone until your 3 months or youll have a miscarriage so iv kept my mouth shut! But then she comes and say i had a dream your pregnancy was false that your body tricked you.. and now im freaking out if im even pregnant.. i have an ultrasound appt monday after fathers day and im soooo scared there going to tell me nothings there and it was all a mistake... this baby was a suprise but is very much wanted :, ( i get sore boobs and i wake up 2-3 times a night to pee plus i need REALLY bad nausea and i take prenatals , have any of yous ever had a positive test from the docs and turned out to be a lie?
