Coughing up blood?

So I had a bloody nose and as I was dealing with that I had a chunk of blood I spit up. Should I go to the doctor? Did anyone else have this happen? 14 weeks pregnant.

Your nose and mouth are all connected. I don't think it's anything to worry about. Probly just dripped down ur throat

You probably sniffed some blood in and it was as the back of your throat, I'm sure it's fine

It's happened to me. And I'm actually 37 weeks now and it's happening to me more now. I get bloody noses at night and when it's hot (just started during pregnancy , never happened before) and one time I got scared when I coughed up blood, my mom said it's normal.
