Hi I'm really worried I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and I have been bleeding on and off. Today has been the worse. I called hospital and they said if it gets worse etc call them back.

The bleeding seems to die down and comes back again I've added two photos one when it's bad and one when it's dying down. I have mild lower abdominal cramping but nothing severe would this still be implantation bleeding or is this a sign I maybe away to miscarry?

The hospital weren't very sympatic and basically said to call epac on Monday and there was nothing they could do anyways if it is a miscarriage but they weren't even compassionate 😔 been in tears all day.

Forgot to add it's only upon wiping there is blood and I am not having to wear a pad.

Any insight welcome .
