I'm 6 days postpartum, breastfeeding, first time mom, and as of The other day when I had "engorgment" in my breast, ive noticed small lumpy areas in my left breast, and one big one in the middle top part above my areola.. Its freaking me out but Im sure its just from my milk coming in.. Did anyone else have pea size lumps in the breast when breastfeeding & were concerned??
