Cycle day 25, symptoms

I'm on cycle day 25, my boobs are hurting, sharp pain in left nipple, but my lower back is killing me. Tired, headache & had insomnia 2 nights ago, I slept from 9p-2a & woke up couldn't sleep, worked all day & then went to bed at 10. I never do that, I sleep a lot lol. Took pg test day before yesterday bfn. ?????????
