What to expect on Ocella (20 yo)

Hi ladies. I know everyone reacts differently but I'm a little confused On what to expect in regards to my period on birth control. I started taking Ocella for acne reasons as instructed last Sunday which was also the start of my period. Since them I'm almost finished a full week of active pills. Have experienced no spotting or side effects minus small breakout and a little but of mood issues. Anyway, I want to know:
