Charley horse/leg cramps
I've gotten them here and there prepregnancy, but I've noticed I get one probably once a week while sleeping the past few weeks. Now I just had the worst leg cramp ever, it woke me up, it was incredibly painful, I couldn't move my leg at all, and it lasted nearly 5 minutes! Anyone else notice they're getting them in pregnancy? (I'm about 28 weeks btw)
