They are one in the same thing the fertile window is just saying if you have sex anytime around this week you are more likely to get pregnant and you will most likely ovulate somewhere around here

The app is not 100% spot on the only way to know if you are truly ovulating is by tracking your basal body temp with a thermometer or by getting ovulation kits
