Reduced movement?!

Question

Has anyone has reduced baby movement and everything been ok? I'm 27+2 and she's gone from super active to barely no movement in the last 8-10 hours

I tried everything, laying down,  cold drink,  poking her, you name it. I went to maternity Triage and they did a heart trace and she seemed ok but I was registering regular contractions. I'm not in pain apart from my back so I'm home again for now x

Try drinking something cold and laying on your side to count kicks if nothing afyer few tries contact your obgyn.

If you're moving around in those 8-10 hours then you may not feel the movements cause you're busy, and also cause the more you move the more it rocks them to sleep. ;) take a break and lay down and you'll probably feel some as the baby wakes up and dances around. :)

My OB said that there is a period from week 27-29 they slow down a little... Mine did not...but it is normal apparently then they pick back up. They tend to move more after eating. Do some counts for an hour. I think it was 8-10. I never had to count because he would flop all over the place.

There were days I barely felt my little one move at all. Sometimes babies aren't as active as usual. Your baby is probably resting. If it worries you try drinking something cold and lay on your left side and count kicks.
