Could be going through a growth spurt. Try laying down in a quiet place and focusing on feeling movement. Have some juice, a cold or hot drink and see if that promotes movement.

I couldn't sleep last night because babies were moving so much. I too have times where they're (twins) are super active, and times where I don't feel movement at all. I'm 21 weeks.

I read that they babies will start to develop periods of rest and being active, maybe ur trying to feel the baby when the baby is trying to sleep. I find that eating grapes and some cold water and waiting 5 minutes gets our lil one moving. If your truly worried call the dr.
