Will antibiotics interfere with ovulation, fertility or implantation? ?

My ovulation is only between 26-28 June,  I have a slight fever creeping in (19th june), is it ok if I am on antibiotics for a few days or even a panadol?? Will it have any harmful side effect???

I am wondering this too. I had a stomach bug the first few days of my fertile window with a temp of nearly 39c. I wasn't right for a few days but we still managed to BD during the peak days. I read that any kind of infection or dramatic shift in your temp due to infection would delay or stop ovulation. Having said that I got the highest peak ovulation so BD'd that night and the day after. That was 12 days ago. I was convinced that we had caught this month as I just fely different to the previous months of trying. I didn't have any of the usual symptoms other than being really tired for a week, this last few days I've had very sore and tender breasts. I'm not due AF until Monday / Tuesday. So too a test on Friday and Saturday and both negative. But I then got a water infection yesterday and on antibiotics. I think I'll have missed out this month but will wait for AF to show before I'm totally down and out. Good luck and baby dust to you. X
