Caffeine?

I have had 0 caffeine throughout this entire pregnancy. but today I am finding myself
craving a dr. pepper. If I have just half a can would I be ok?

Yes I just limit myself to a few times a week. There are people who still drink coffee everyday. So you'll be fine.

Oh my sweetie it's FINE! I would try not to drink soda every day because of the corn syrup and other stuff but having a little caffeine is totally okay.

My first pregnancy I had zero caffeine. My daughter is 22 now and I swear she doesn't feel right unless she gets about 12 hours of sleep a night and a nap. My husband asked me to please drink a little caffeine this time 🤓

You can have 200mg. A can of pop is usually around 40-50. Don't worry about it!!

When I first found out i had to have coffee every morning because that's what I was craving. Now I'm 20+5 and have a can or small cup of soda every other day.

Yep I'm still consuming about 50-100mg every day. My doc also said 200g is okay (about that of 1 cup of normal filtered coffee).

Yep your fine! I really liked bing's (about 100 caffeine) and I stopped drinking them after finding out I was prego, but now I switched to 1 a week just cuz I need some thing besides water LOL
