Constipation?

Have any of you lady's been constipated for a few days? I haven't pooped since wed and I know it has to do with the pain meds I've been on for kidney stones & the doctors even have me a few stool softness but what can I do? I really need to poop!!!

Why don't you use Chia or plantagum psyllium,  both are natural sources of fiber,  and they can help you to regulate your intestinal activity... You should use them every day... Also, Chia provides you important nutrients like omega oils...

Maybe you could try a fleet enema for immediate relief and then take two Colace pills a day until you're regular again. Worked for me. Of course you may have more peace of mind to wait until you can call and ask your doctor first.

Pain meds will do it every time :( I was constipated for a week at the beginning of my pregnancy. The only thing that worked was milk of magnesia. Good luck I know it's awful!

Do you take probiotics? I swear by them. I've been on them forever and haven't had a single day of constipation. As long as your doctor says okay, add them to your daily routine. Take on an empty stomach!
