I'm 37 weeks & couple days pregnant! Last week I went to the doctors I was dilated to 1 cm and 25% effaced. Tomorrow is my next baby appointment. I'm Still swimming in pools, but just wondering about swimming in the lake? I don't want to get some kind of infection or something....(overthink things) i'm not high risk or anything, and pregnancy has been great so far! Anyone else dilated and swim in the lake still?
