Endometriosis & TTC

Hi everyone, I am brand new here and hoping to meet a few lovely people and get some advice. I am 26 and my partner is 30. We have been NTNP for 6 months and over the weekend we have decided we will TTC. I have endometriosis so hoping this isn't going to get in the way. Do any of you ladies have any advice or have suffered from endo before? I feel like I'm going crazy searching the Internet. I am already drinking raspberry leaf tea and keeping my feet warm (apparently it keeps the uterus warm?) I am near entering my fertile period, or what I think is my fertile period so any advice would be so appreciated. Talk soon 😚 xx
