26weeks and upset stomach

For the past few days I've had on and off stomach aches. Nothing to the point of growing up. Today has been the worst. I feel put off by certain foods too. Is this morning sickness returning or possible stomach flu? FTM so I doing know if this is something to bother my doc with on a Sunday..... Help!
