Does anyone understand this?

I'm on cycle day 223 all my blood work is coming back normal. I can post my blood results if you want to see them. I'm currently trying to conceive but I'm not having periods. Is it possible for me to still get pregnant? If my blood work is normal does it mean I'm ovulating? Has this happened to anyone else?

Well you haven't been ovulating that's for certain. You may still at some point, but without regular ovulation and cycles it's incredibly difficult to know when it might happen. Be your own advocate and see a reproductive edocrinologist.

Theoretically, yes, you could get pregnant before your next period, bc you have to ovulate first before you get your period. So if you happen to catch that ovulation and have sex, yes, you could get pregnant. But you'll have to work w your doc to find out why you're not currently ovulating/menstruating.
