I went to the er in april to find that I had an ovarian cyst about 3.6cm. It randomly hurts. I've also been late the last period and only bled lightly for about 4 days which normally is heavy for 3-4 days and light for 2 days. Then stopped and spotted a couple times not even enough for a super light panty liner. I've never done that. My period was expected yesterday and hasn't came yet but my cyst is hurting me. 2 pregnancy tests are negative. Anyone know what is going on?
