My butt bone is killing me!

At first I thought it was my left hip but now I realize it's my left butt bone, if that makes any sense, but it's like sharp shooting pain in that one cheek 😞😞😞 Anyone else experiencing anything similar or have any suggestions. I bought IcyHot and Tylenol today but it doesn't last..
