I think I don't want visitors at the hospital

I am having twins in the fall and I have a two year old son. With my first? It was obviously exciting and everyone came everyday I was in the hospital. It wasn't until much later on did I realize that I seriously needed that rest. Now with twins, this is going to be my only chance for a LONG TIME where I can have just a few days of alone time.

I really don't want anyone there but all the time I mention it, I get a look of shock.
