1st tri-mester precautions?

Hi ladies! Im 4 weeks!!  Today! Is there any tips! Precautions to take ?

Like the old wives tales? No sweeping or mopping, vaccuming cause the hip and waist movement is dangerous

I just did me.  The only thing I really watched out for was not lifting to much, taking prenatals, and listening to my body. I slept so much during my first trimester,  I was exhausted.  So I napped.  I still vacuumed and swept. Have no problems with my hips.  Just listen to your body

I've never heard those ones lol. As long as you don't have any complications & are healthy the general rule is if you did it before then it's ok to do during. Except contact sports & horseback riding, some say stay away from riding a bicycle. But you shouldn't worry too much

Hmm I do all what you named I'm in home health for my job .. my doctor told me no heavy lifting period . I say just take it easy and slow. I ca any let my house very dirty either.

Oh my gosh, a million of them. But if you followed them all you'd be left with sitting in a dim room for 9 more weeks.

Only thing I really stuck to early on is no hot tubs or hot yoga (which I normally teach).
