Actually I understand the bubbling it's more like a stuck fart from the front that comes ever so slowly or ones you move. The discharge I get is like that but it's normal in my case. Could be the same for you every woman's body is different so what can be normal for you might not be for others. Either way I'd show and ask your doctor.
