Letting it go?
How do you ladies let everything go when you've got an issue? I've tried taking a deep breath, counting, all that fun stuff, but I still find myself about to snap when I get upset! I don't know what to do anymore, because it's starting to affect my relationship. Anytime I get upset over something small, it just keeps getting bigger and heavier until I lose it. Venting helps, but then I just get more riled up after. I'm not sure if this will be helpful but I also have a lot of anxiety that has gotten worse over the past six months. Any help would be appreciated on how you control your temper, Tia!
