Scared to death!
I'm 37 weeks and 4 days and my and my fiance decided to go natural because I got epidural with my first & it causes me to have back spasms. I'm scared shitless cause I don't think I'm ready for the pain. I'm freaking out so bad. Does anybody have any tips on natural birth?
I made it worse by watching video's of women doing it naturally I couldn't help it.
