Hello,

I was sexually assaulted twice in the last 6 months and I'm concerned about stds or hiv. I have been tested 3 times already which were all negative. I found a small red dot on the left labia inside. I was also diagnosed with Bacterial Vaginosis and was given Flagl for 7 days 3x a day. I was recently tested to make sure it's gone and am awaiting results still. I am aware that BV is not an std and cannot be transferred to my spouse. I am mainly concerned about hiv because when I was assaulted there were no condoms used. I have the Mirena IUD so pregnancy isn't a big concern for me. I havnt shown any symptoms for stds except that small red dot. My lower abdomen has been cramping and hurting like a menstrual cramp the past two weeks. I did have a period a week or so ago and I thought the cramps would've gone away after my period but every day it seems like I feel the cramps a little and it's really annoying and uncomfortable. I'm concerned I may have PID because of the BV. What are my chances of having PID? 

I had a pelvic exam last week and my OBGYN said I looked a little raw and red and some yeast and a little discharge but another question I have is when my doctor checked me down there, would he have been able to see if I had PID? Since he didn't say anything about me having PID should I not be concerned about that? I'm really paranoid about having any diseases and I just need closure. Thanks
