Hydration
Does anyone have any suggestions on good ways to stay hydrated other than just drinking water? I still drink water but it literally makes me sick. Especially if I drink water during or after a meal. If I have water without any food in my stomach, I still get nauseous and have an empty, weird feeling. That's the best way to describe it. I know I need to stay hydrated but drinking water is causing even more problems. Help!
