Severe Cramps on Mirena

I got my iud put in about two months ago and it's the Mirena.. Since then I've had the worst cramps on my period to the point where I can't even move and find difficulty breathing due to the pain. I've never suffered from cramps before or when I was taking the pill they were no where near this bad... Im just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they have any tips on how to help the cramps I'm desperate😩😩
