I'm freaking out!

This past weekend I was helping my father clean out his garage and there was a ton of mice droppings I was exposed to. I'm really concerned with contracting havanta virus or some other sickness from those filthy deer mice.... Im so upset i cannot even rest. What should I do? 😢
