I was laying down and all of a sudden it felt like my pubic bone cracked. It hurt and made a loud noise. I laid there for a few minutes in pain then when I got up a small gush of fluid came out.. did my water break? I'm not having contractions (that I know of) but my lower back hurts. Pic of fluid amount attached.. was this just some kind of discharge? I'm only 35+4
